Its just a 5 minute walk from Borgo Egnazia. This is the perfect luxury family holiday resort in Italy. Rooms are hewn from pale, craggy tufa rock, the palette relies on cream and white, muslin drapes hang above the beds, and the decorations abound with rural whimsy: bundles of dark metal wire tied with string, glass cases filled with old keys and pages torn from books, slabs of stone suspended from the ceiling, lanterns on the walls and beds haloed with soft yellow lighting. It is expensive but perfect! We have used Design Holidays for La Manga on several occasions and found them fantastic. Children are also catered for with special menus aimed at the smaller, possibly less refined diets, with mashed potatoes, meatballs and burgers the order of the day. Borgo Egnazias achingly enticing spa is a real treat for the guests who really wish to relax and unwind in calm, peaceful, utopian surroundings. The accommodation is very small and very badly designed. the beach club of Borgo Egnazia, together with a cool cocktail while staring at the horizon and the deep blue sea. They wouldnt provide us with an email address to communicate with such manager. The freshest fish caught daily with an incomparable view of the sea at sunset.
