With my best regards, The Management, As always Ill give my honest review, I've stayed at many hotels in pattaya and the haven't all be good, to start I booked 1 night to see what it was like, the rooms are very clean, modern and there is plenty of room, only bad things I can say is that every time we used the air conditioning the room would smell of cigarettes, I'm not sure if the person next door was smoking but it was that bad we couldn't use the air conditioning as it was making my chest bad, the boys at reception was extremely helpful, I asked them if I emailed them somthing would they be able to print it for me, they done it no problem at all, the following day I went to immigration to extend my visa and I needed a document called a t30 with has to be provided by the hotel, I called the hotel and fair play to, the boys they done some digging and found what I needed, they emailed me the document so I didn't have to go all the way back to get it, one of them was called NAT I didn't manage to get the other ones name but they was both as helpful as each other, if I owned a hotel they would 100% be the sort of staff I'd be looking for, the bell boy for the day was also very helpful, he was always up for a chat and wanted to help, he went out of his way to give us an umbrella, all round the hotel was good just a shame about air conditioning puming out the smell of cigarettes, Dear Guest, Thank you very much for staying with us.
